By accessing or using the CricketDress.com website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• If ordering on behalf of a company, club, or organisation, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our website and services.

3.1 Product Description

All Products are custom-manufactured on order. Jersey images shown on the Website are for representation purposes only. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration, fabric dye-lots, and printing conditions. We endeavour to maintain colour accuracy within industry-acceptable tolerances.

3.2 Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 jerseys per order. Orders below 10 jerseys will not be accepted. Bulk discounts are available as follows:

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or COD booking confirmation). A confirmation email and WhatsApp message will be sent to the contact details provided at checkout. CricketDress reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion, with a full refund issued if payment was collected.

3.4 Order Processing Timeline

• Production time: 4–6 working days after order confirmation.
• Shipping time: 3–5 working days (metro cities); 5–8 working days (Tier-2/3 cities and remote areas).
• Total estimated delivery: 7–10 working days from order confirmation.
• Timelines may be extended during peak seasons (IPL, school/college sports events), national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.1 Customer Responsibility for Customisation Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all Customisation Data (player names, numbers, sizes, logos) submitted. CricketDress will print exactly what is submitted. We will not be liable for errors in player names, wrong numbers, incorrect sizes, or wrong sleeve types if the error originated in your submission.

4.2 CSV Upload

When using the CSV upload feature, ensure your file matches the sample format: Player Name, Jersey Number, Size, Sleeves. Data from malformed CSV rows will be skipped. Review the imported player list on the product page before proceeding to checkout.

4.3 Logo & Design Uploads

For custom logo uploads, provide artwork in PNG or AI format, minimum 300 DPI, on a transparent background. CricketDress accepts no responsibility for print quality issues arising from low-resolution artwork submitted by the Customer.

4.4 Prohibited Customisation Content

You must not submit Customisation Data that:

• Infringes any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property of a third party (e.g. IPL team logos, international cricket board crests, brand logos without authorisation).
• Contains obscene, offensive, defamatory, or hate-speech content.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

CricketDress reserves the right to reject or modify any order containing prohibited content, without refund for costs incurred due to such content.

4.5 Pre-Production Approval

For orders of 50+ jerseys, a digital proof will be shared via email/WhatsApp for approval before production begins. Orders will not proceed without your written approval. For orders below 50 jerseys, production begins immediately after payment confirmation.

5.1 All Prices Include GST

All prices displayed on CricketDress.com are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. The GST rate applicable is 18% under SAC Code 9988 (custom manufacturing/printing services).

A valid GST tax invoice will be issued for every order and sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of order confirmation. The invoice will include:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Price changes will not affect confirmed and paid orders.

All online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. CricketDress does not store any payment card information. In case of payment failure, no amount is deducted; if deducted, it will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank.

6.3 COD Terms

• COD is available for orders up to ₹15,000 (including GST).
• A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹50 is added to all COD orders.
• COD orders require mobile number verification via OTP before dispatch.
• If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, the Customer will be restricted from placing future COD orders.

6.4 Failed / Disputed Payments

If a payment is disputed with your bank (chargeback), CricketDress reserves the right to pause production until the dispute is resolved. False chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action under applicable Indian law.

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India via Shiprocket's logistics network. Deliveries to remote areas (J&K, Ladakh, North-East states, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) may take an additional 3–5 working days and may attract a remote area surcharge of ₹50–₹150.

7.3 Tracking

A tracking link will be sent via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order on the Shiprocket portal using the AWB number provided.

7.4 Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges will apply. CricketDress is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

7.5 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon handover to the delivery partner. In case of damage or loss in transit, file a claim with us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Claims filed after this window may not be entertained.

8.1 Cancellation Policy

Since all products are custom-manufactured to order, cancellation is subject to the following:

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing defects — printing errors, fabric defects, or incorrect product received.
• Wrong size delivered — where the error originated from our side (not Customer's CSV data).
• Non-delivery — confirmed non-delivery by courier after investigation (usually 15–21 days).
• Order cancellation by CricketDress — if we cannot fulfil your order for any reason.

8.3 Refund Process

1. Email refunds@cricketdress.com with your Order ID, photos of the defect/issue, and a brief description.
2. Our team will review within 3 business days.
3. If approved, refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — provide bank details when raising the request.

8.4 GST Refund

If a full refund is issued, the GST component will also be refunded. A credit note will be issued as per GST rules. For partial refunds (e.g. partial defective batch), a proportionate GST credit note will be issued.

9.1 CricketDress Intellectual Property

All content on CricketDress.com — including but not limited to logos, design templates, website design, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of CricketDress and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9.2 Customer-Provided Content

By uploading logos, artwork, or other content as part of your order, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use the content.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You grant CricketDress a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the content solely for fulfilling your order.

You agree to indemnify CricketDress against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of this warranty.

9.3 Prohibited IP Usage

You must not submit, request, or expect CricketDress to reproduce:

• Official logos of the BCCI, ICC, IPL franchises, or any national cricket board.
• Registered trademarks of sportswear brands (Nike, Adidas, etc.) without written authorisation from the brand.
• Any copyrighted artwork, character, or design without a valid licence.

Orders containing such content will be rejected. CricketDress is not liable for IP infringement claims arising from Customer-submitted content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• CricketDress's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
• CricketDress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm.
• CricketDress is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, courier failures, or acts of God (force majeure).
• We do not guarantee that the Website will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

You agree not to use CricketDress.com for any of the following:

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information during checkout.
• Attempting to circumvent or hack any security feature of the Website.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Website without permission.
• Placing orders with the intent to dispute payment (chargeback fraud).
• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful code.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Penal Code, or any other statute.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing CricketDress staff or representatives.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate order cancellation, account suspension, and/or legal action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The following Indian statutes are specifically applicable:

The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms shall be the competent courts located in Delhi, India.

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or your order, you agree to first contact CricketDress at support@cricketdress.com to seek an informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 15 business days.

13.2 Consumer Forum

If informal resolution fails, consumers (as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) may approach the appropriate Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission:

• District Commission: For disputes up to ₹50 lakhs.
• State Commission: For disputes between ₹50 lakhs and ₹2 crores.
• National Commission: For disputes above ₹2 crores.

Complaints can also be filed on the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or the National Consumer Helpline Portal.

13.3 Arbitration (B2B)

For disputes between CricketDress and business customers (non-consumers), both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
